How It Works
1. Initial Phone Consultation:
We go over your project scope, timeline, and request any additional info we will need from you to provide you with a pre-estimate.
2. Share Photos of Your Space: Once we’ve reviewed your photos & project specifications we’ll provide an all-inclusive proposal. For existing conditions that require special attention, we'll also conduct in-person visits.
3. Optional Design Consultation, Color Sign-Offs & Schedule Work: Once you’ve accepted our proposal, we can put you on our calendar. You’ll also work with our team to confirm your color selections and have an opportunity to see the colors on a sample in your space.
4. Project Kick-Off: We will let you know when to expect us, what we need from you in order to prepare your property, and when we expect to finish each phase of your project. And when it’s time for a final walkthrough, our checklists make sure our crew has accurately executed your vision.

Service Area
Houndstooth Painting is a small, craftsman-led company so in order to spend the most time on-site serving our customers, we have a limited service area. We primarily serve Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Projects outside our standard service area are welcome but are subject to minimum project size.
